1. Gym memberships

Peak-time:

6am-10pm 7 days per week

Bronze membership: £35 p/m annual contract, £41 rolling monthly peak time gym membership. Includes use of sauna. All gym members may purchase pay as you go fitness classes including all our Prime Align reformer pilates sessions at a reduced rate of 10% of non-gym member rates.

Silver membership: £52 p/m annual contract, £57 rolling monthly peak time gym membership. Includes use of sauna, any two 30 minute fitness classes each week or 1 x 30 minute class and 1 x 45 minute class each week. All our 30 minute Pilates sessions are also available for booking as part of the silver membership package, along with a 10% discount on Reformer pilates sessions in the Prime Align reformer studios.

Gold membership: £68 p/m annual contract, £74 rolling monthly peak time gym membership. Includes use of sauna, unlimited 30 minute fitness classes, 1 x 45 minute class or 1 x 1 hour class per week. All our 30 minute Pilates sessions are also available for booking as part of our gold membership package, along with a 10% discount on pay as you go Reformer pilates sessions in the Prime Align reformer studio.

Platinum membership: £83 p/m annual contract, £89 rolling monthly peak time gym membership. Includes unlimited 30 minute fitness classes, 1 x 45 minute class and 1 hour classes per week.  All our 30 minute Pilates sessions are also available for booking as part of our gold membership package, along with a 15% discount on pay as you go Reformer pilates sessions in the Prime Align reformer studio.

Deluxe membership: £110 p/m annual contract, £116 rolling monthly peak time gym membership in the Prime Strength and Conditioning unit outside scheduled class times from 5am-10pm 7 days a week. Includes unlimited classes of any duration each week.  All our 30 minute Pilates sessions are also available for booking as part of our gold membership package, along with a 20% discount on pay as you go Reformer pilates sessions in the Prime Align reformer studio.

Off Peak:

10am-3.30pm Mon-Fri,

6am-10am & 8pm-10pm Sat-Sun

Bronze membership: £28 p/m annual (payable monthly/£35 rolling monthly membership, includes use of sauna.

*Sign in system applies for all off peak members. Charges will apply where sessions are attended outside these hours.

*Notice for rolling monthly membership is 1 month with no cancellation fee.

*Only 1 month's notice is required by Prime Fitness and Wellness Centre for any changes to membership and class fees.

*No cancellation for our annual memberships cancelled before 12 months.

*10% student discount, photo ID is required.

*Classes can not be rolled over to the following month.

*Classes booked but not attended without at least 48 hours prior notice, are still chargeable.

3. Rules of Membership

Group inductions will be offered to all new members but are not compulsory. Prime Fitness and Wellness Centre will not accept any liability for any claim for personal injury if you use the gym equipment having not undertaken an induction from a qualified member of staff.

If you are unsure as to how to use any piece of equipment you must seek advice from a qualified member of staff before use. After using a piece of equipment, you are expected to wipe down the kit with the cleaning products provided. Cleaning products are available in the gym for you to use as well as hand sanitiser upon  entry and exit of the gym.

You may not use the gym whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tranquillisers or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely.

Please ensure that you put your weights back in their original place when finished, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.

Please do not misuse the weights by dropping them on the floor, failure to do so may result in your membership being terminated.

Please do not take photographs/videos on the premises with other members present that have not given prior consent or post remarks to the internet that may identify another member.

Members are solely responsible for their own belongings whilst visiting the gym.

4. Opening Hours

The Prime gym is open Monday-Sunday 6am-10pm 

The Prime Strength and Conditioning unit is open Monday-Sunday 5am-10pm 

Prime Fitness and Wellness Centre is open all year round, including bank holidays

5. Terms of Payment

Gym memberships are payable in advance by the 1st of each month via standing order to the following business account using your full name as your reference:

Reference: Gym membership given in your information email.

If sessions begin after the 1st of the month, an invoice will be sent dictating the balance due via bill payment for the remainder of the month. 

Payments for meal plans or additional services are due on receipt of your invoice via bill payment or card payment.

An administration fee of £20 for late payments will be added to your invoice if prior approval is not given. If payment is not received within 14 days then your sessions/membership will be frozen until payment is received. If payment is outstanding for more than 28 days then the debt will be passed to an external debt collector.

6. Liability and Information 

In principle, Prime Fitness and Wellness Centre is not liable for any damage suffered by the client. This does not apply to liability for damage to the member from injury to life, body or health or damage resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Prime Anatomy Fitness. The client is expressly advised not to bring any valuables with them. 

On the part of the trainer, no guarding or due diligence is assumed for valuables that have been brought in.

Prime Fitness and Wellness Centre are not liable for any damage caused by the client’s overestimation of himself. Suppose the client does not follow the instructions of the trainer and suffers the damage. As a result, the liability of prime Anatomy Fitness is excluded.

Prime Fitness and Wellness Centre has appropriate public liability insurance which will be displayed in the premises.

7. Data protection

The client’s data is saved by the trainer and used exclusively to fulfil the service and will not be shared with any other parties.

8. Confidentiality

The trainer is obliged to maintain confidentiality about the client’s information that has become known in connection with the training measures’ fulfilment. This also applies after the termination of the contractual relationship between the trainer and the client.

9. Cancellation

One month’s notice is required for all rolling monthly gym members. For annual members, cancellation is not permitted until your 1-year contract has expired.
